After 75 minutes from Zutulpuk, the valley narrows and explodes in a last display of colour. Tibetan’s call this place the ‘Gold and Red Cliffs’, a canyon splashed with mineral colour. Orange boulders tumbled down a blue slope; a few steps later the hues were green and purple, red and black.
